Our brand is a story of passion, perseverance, and dedication. Founded during the pandemic-induced lockdown, our founder Bay discovered her love for cooking and the unique flavors of Malaysia. Inspired by her mother's signature snack, Bay spent several weeks experimenting with ingredients until she created a delectable combination of caramelized cashew nuts mixed with anchovies that she named myNutchos.

 

Today, we offer our customers high-quality snacks that reflect the distinctive tastes and culture of Malaysia. We take pride in our commitment to quality, authenticity, and customer satisfaction, and we offer custom packaging and gift packages for corporate gifting. Is this Halal?

We are HALVEC (Jakim Verified Lab) tested and certified and in the midst of applying for the Halal certification. Our products are certified porcine free.

What’s inside?
Caramelized cashew nuts and anchovies fried with dried chilies and curry leaves.
Is this vegetarian?
No, as it includes anchovies.
Is this spicy?
Mildly spicy flavor that complements the nutty taste of caramelized cashew nuts and the umami taste of anchovies.
How long is the shelf life?

Each pack of myNutchos has a shelf life of 6 months from the date of manufacture. You may refer to the best before date on the packaging.

Where do your anchovies' source from?
Our anchovies are locally sourced from Pulau Langkawi & Pulau Pangkor.
Where do your cashew nuts source from?
Our cashew nuts are sourced from India.
